As you shop at the De'Longhi eShop, we like to bring to your attention the terms and conditions that apply to your transactions with us. By placing an order or making a purchase on De'Longhi eShop, you agree to the terms set forth below.

 

7-DAYS exchange POLICY

 

We are unable to accommodate returns and refunds of all Products hence encourage you to go through the Product details and features in our website to make sure that the Product meets your requirements. We endeavour to ensure that all the products on our website are accurately described.

Products can only be exchanged if they are defective or damaged upon delivery to you, or the wrong order has been sent. You may return the Product to us for an exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery of the Product when you
- receive a faulty or damaged Product
- receive a product that is fundamentally different in nature from the Product you ordered.

In the situation where your order is considered for returns, exchanges or refunds, your product must be kept in the original packaging with all components. Returned product has to be in sellable conditions and will be inspected once received.

Please note that after 7 days, KENWOOD APPLIANCES SINGAPORE PTE LTD. shall have no liability to you.

 

Exchange

 

To arrange for an exchange, please contact us at eshop.sg@delonghigroup.com with a detailed description of the fault or damage with supporting photos or videos. This will help us to facilitate your exchange in the shortest time possible.

 

Refunds

 

If for any special circumstances a refund is conducted, our Logistics team will contact you to schedule for the collection. We will only perform the refund after we collect the returned item. In the situation where your order is considered for returns, exchanges or refunds, your product must be kept in the original packaging with all components. Returned product has to be in sellable conditions and will be inspected once received. All refunds will take 14 days to process and we will issue in the form of a credit back to the original method of payment. However, KENWOOD APPLIANCES SINGAPORE PTE LTD. reserves the rights to change the mode of refund. Refunds will be calculated as follows:  Purchase Price – Delivery Fee – (5% payment processing fee) = Refunded Amount (S$) 

 

Order cancellation

 

Orders that are not already in transit or have not left our warehouse for delivery may still be cancelled. Unfortunately, orders that are already in transit or are on its way to you cannot be cancelled. Therefore we ask that you ensure all information is correct before placing your order. 

To cancel you order, please submit your request to eshop.sg@delonghigroup.com with your order number and reason for cancellation within one hour from your time of purchase. Please note that orders are automatically processed and dispatched from our warehouse hence we cannot guarantee that we can meet all cancellation requests. For successful order cancellations, we will refund your order amount and deduct a cancellation & handling fee of 5% of total purchase amount paid and return transportation fee. You will receive your refund to your mode of payment within 30 days.

Order Confirmation

 

KENWOOD APPLIANCES SINGAPORE PTE LTD. will email the sales order confirmation within the day of purchase which will reflect the products purchased. Please keep this sales order confirmation as proof of purchase.

We endeavour to ensure that all the products on our website are accurately described. Unfortunately, on some occasions, it is possible that our website will contain errors and we reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies at any time, including after you have placed an order.

 

We endeavour to ensure that all colours are displayed accurately, but you should be aware that colours may appear slightly differently on different displays and screens. The shade of colour from screen to screen is not a fault or error.

 

We aim to update our website regularly and may change the content at any time. If the need arises, we may suspend access to our website, or close it indefinitely. We will use reasonable endeavours to ensure our website contains accurate information and content, however, we reserve the right to update our website as soon as an inaccuracy or error is brought to our attention.
