Pickup/Return Service

A round trip courier service that saves you the hassle of making a trip to our service centre. Items will be packed by our service staff for collection, and returned in good working condition. (Note: This is a courier service. Separate repair charges apply based on warranty terms & conditions.)

Collection/Return slots: 10am - 2pm or 2pm - 6pm


LARGE ITEMS > BOOK HERE
Coffee Machines, Ovens, Dehumidifiers:
Up to 2 pieces - $55/round trip
3 to 4 pieces - $95/round trip
5 pieces - $100/round trip


SMALL ITEMS > BOOK HERE
Kettles, Toasters, Coffee Grinders: $30/round trip 
(NOTE: For small items, we accept only those still under warranty)
