To ensure that your home coffee machine is always performing at optimum levels and giving you the best coffee experience, our professional technicians and coffee experts will perform a full internal and external maintenance routine, at a scheduled time of your convenience.
- This home maintenance service is for one-time usage only.
- This onsite maintenance service is redeemable within one year from the date of purchase.
- Information on scheduling the maintenance service will be sent to you upon purchase confirmation.
For a bi-yearly maintenance package, you can purchase Home Maintenance (Twice a year).
Features
Service Package includes one time of scheduled servicing, and will take approximately 1.5 hours.

Servicing Schedule
Upon purchase and submission of your particulars, a confirmation email will be sent to you to verify your particulars via our service provider.
Your appointment will be scheduled through this email.
Please note that the earliest servicing date is 5 days from the appointment confirmation.
Descaling
The technician will conduct the descaling routine to clean out limescale build-up on the inner tubings of the machine.
Descaling fluid will be included in the service package.


Tuning
The technician will advise on tuning of coffee machine for the best extraction.
This is dependent on the type of coffee beans used, and a technician will work with you to maximise the potential of the machine.
Eligibility of Home Service
This service is for home users of De'Longhi Fully Automatic Coffee Machines only.
Service is available for all current models of De'Longhi Fully Automatic Coffee Machines.
